Return and Exchange Period:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once initiated, you have an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach our facility.

 We provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience.

Conditions of Return:

When returning a product, please make sure it is in the same condition as when it was sent. All tags and labels must be present, and the item must be unworn and unwashed. If the products exhibit wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

 Store credits and reimbursements:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we process the refund and credit your bank account. This process takes 7 days. We only offer refunds for orders placed on our website with payment in advance. Orders paid for with cash on delivery (COD) will receive shop credits in the amount paid.

Note that there are no refunds for delivery costs.

 Refunds:

Orders are refundable up until the point at which they leave our Store. For cancellation requests, please email swaagstoreco@gmail.com with your order ID.

Self-Shipping for Returns:

If reverse pick-up services are not available in your area, you can courier the product(s) to our warehouse address mentioned below.

Once received, refunds will be processed within 24 hours along with the courier charges reimbursement of INR 100.

Conditions of Use:

Refunds require that the bank account information be valid.

Please provide us notice within 24 hours if your delivered orders are not received.

During the return procedure, customers are in charge of how the products are handled.
